Bounvikone, from what I have always understood, the CA fin grip is a grey area in NY. The law is too vague and never tested in court. Suffolk County PD sent out a letter to FFLs telling them fin grips are not legal. Maybe Jason will chime in, he is from NY and I'm sure he would know. Jason? Where are you?

Ed C. I'm here, Yes, the Fin is a feature that NYS loves to see making this model good to go in this commie state. I think it's absolutely ridiculous myself which is Why I wouldn't own a model like that. My Uncle is in Suffolk Cnty and they are absolutely useless in helping firearm owners navigate these new BS gun Laws.
