Beretta Tomcat .32 ACP Inox Pistol
Hi Randall and welcome. Yes it does. It will not pass the Melting Point Laws for firearms. Cheers and stay safe!

Randall, the aluminum alloy frame has a melting point of 600 degrees, so unfortunately this does not pass the muster in Illinois. Stay safe & have a great day!
