Ethen, yes sir, you can buy a handgun, but it must be shipped to a FFL in your home state. You choose a FFL near you during checkout, and Bud's will send the gun there. You will pick up gun after filling out appropriate paperwork. Stay safe & have a great day!

Ethen, you must perform the background check/transfer in your state of residence. If you mean purchasing it online yes. Buds or other online shops will ship it to a FFL dealer near you. During checkout you'll choose a FFL dealer for buds to ship it to but again the shop you pick it up at must be where you live. You can purchase long guns so rifles and shotguns across state lines but not handguns. Hope this helps.
