Hi Lanet and welcome. Trigger pull weight in Single Action is 4lbs average and 9lbs average in Double Action. The recoil is moderate and my wife is 5 foot 6 and 135lbs and has no issue racking the slide nor shooting it. Cheers and stay safe!
Trigger pull is roughly 4-5lb. Ease of Slide action is subjective. Easy for some, not so easy for others. Here's some more information. Hi Lanet, the trigger pull is relatively average 4 lbs for single action, and a more than twice as hard pull of 9lbs for double action. This is a .380, so the kick, or recoil, will be relatively modest. Stay safe & have a great day!
