Semi-Auto shotgun with pistol grip & removable magazine is a no for NJ. Here's an Emperor model that is NJ compliant. https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/715004294/emperor+arms+black+thumbhole+dragon-12+nj+legal+semi+auto+12ga+20+brl+tactical
Hi David and welcome. Unfortunately it is no NJ compliant due to being Semi-Auto with Detachable Magazine and Pistol Grip. this Pump model is NJ legal : https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/111458/kel-tec+cnc+ks7blk+ks7+pump+12+ga+18.5+3+6+1 - Cheers and stay safe!
David, no sir, a semi-auto shotgun cannot have a pistol grip. (Detachable magazine is allowed on a semi-auto) If you want a bullpup in NJ, you will need a pump action. As a NJ resident, I feel your pain. Stay safe & have a great day!
David, unfortunately no, this is not legal in new jersey due to the pistol grip and detachable magazine. If you want a tactical shotgun I'd recommend a pump action since they don't have the same restrictions as semi automatics. Sorry but hope this helps.
