Yes, they include a floorplate that fits flush in the longer XL grip or the extended floorplate in the picture for the original smaller size.

Yes, this will fit & function properly in a Sig P365XL. Even has an extended base included for shorter grip.
Corey, it sure will. This includes a extra baseplate so it'll fit both the standard p365 and p365xl. Just have to swap baseplates Wich is very simple. I bought a couple of these and the 15 round magazines for my p365 xl. The standard p365 baseplate will come installed from the factory so you will have to remove it and install the 365xl base but will fit and function just fine. Honestly I prefer these over the 15 round magazines because they don't stick out as far. Hope this helps.
