Brian, this has a 10 inch mlok free float handguard. It has the picatinny on top and mlok slots at the 3,6 and 9 position. So you can easily attach mlok style accessories or yes you can purchase mlok to picatinny rail adapters. If interested here's a link to mlok rails.
