Johnnie, unfortunately no, neither model is legal in Maryland. In order to be legal it has to be on Maryland's approved list of handguns and neither one is. If interested here's a list of model numbers of Diamondback db15 pistols that are legal in Maryland unfortunately none are in stock at buds.................
