Hi Scott and welcome. Hust the Finish is the difference. The 90061 is a Matte Blued and the one above is the standard glossier blued. Cheers and stay safe!

Scott, yes sir, the finish is the only difference. 90136 is a more shinier blued finish while 90061 is a duller matte blued finish. Stay safe & have a great day!

Correct, it is just the finish that is different.
90061 is a Matte Blued Barrel while the 90063 has a shiny blued finish.
