Hi Mike and welcome. Yes, it has an ambidextrous slide stop release for slide operation. For the actual carrier, the magazine release can be configured for either side as well. Cheers and stay safe!

To go lefty, you'd want to switch the mag release over to the right side. This will require a lil disassembly on your part or a qualified gunsmith, if you're not comfortable making the switch.
