Everything I've looked at says this is a "PUMP ACTION" shotgun, but look at the photo...shows a magazine. Says it comes with 2 5-shell mags & can get a 19 shell mag thru an Armscore rebate. Can this gun be mag-fed as well as pump action? Thanks in advance.

Yes, magazine fed and pump action are not mutually exclusive. In fact, a regular pump action is still magazine fed, just from a tubular magazine instead of a detachable box.

Larry, yes sir, this is a pump action magazine fed shotgun. (The P in VRPF14 designates Pump) There is also a semi-auto version,  VRF14, although out of stock - https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/139331/rocki+vrf14+vrf14+5rd+firearm ,

Absolutely a Pump Action Shotgun. The only difference between this version and a standard Tube Fed pump action shotgun is that you can hold more ammo with the box mag.
