Philip, yes this will fit if you have the 4.62" barrel model. It will not fit if you have the 5.5", 6", or 6.5" barrel. Stay safe & have a great day!

Philip, as others have mentioned yes this will work great for a Ruger single six as long it has a barrel lengths under 4.75 inches. Ruger makes one with a 4.62 inch barrel, that will fit. If you have a longer barrel version just post again with the barrels length and we can try to find a holster for you. Hope this helps.
