Ben, yes sir, it sure can. This has a 20" fixed cylinder bore barrel with a 3" chamber. So it will safely fire 2-3/4" and 3" Shells. It is a smooth bore so rifled/foster slugs will work great in it. Wouldn't recommend using sabot slugs Wich are meant for rifled barrels. Hope this helps.
