CZ rimfire rifles have an 11mm dovetail on top of the receiver for scope mounting. You can use scope rings designed for that dovetail or purchase a rail section or other scope base if you had weaver or picatinny-type rings you wanted to use instead. All options are relatively common and not particularly expensive.
