Danny, the Ruger Ready dot uses the RMSc footprint, so if that adapter plate is included with your TP9, it will work. If not, you will need that adapter plate. Without knowing the specific model of which TP9 you have, I can not give a definite answer or suggest the correct adapter plate. Stay safe & have a great day!
