It's best to find out from Your local FFL about the legality of a firearm for your state. I know Bud's is on it about the magazine capacity restrictions but, Not positive they can keep up with the ever evolving gun restrictions from state to state.

Hi Michael and welcome. Buds would not ship by policy. If a mistake was made and it was shipped, your FFL would contact Buds and notify them for pickup and when received back to Buds, you would be given an option of a replacement or refund. Cheers and stay safe!

Michael, Bud's would not knowingly ship it, but sometimes a non-complaint gun could slip through the cracks and get shipped. In this case, your FFL would return it and you would get a refund. If you post the gun in question and which state, we can tell you if it is legal. Stay safe & have a great day!
