Based on the timeframe you provided it sounds like you paid with an ACH. Buds has a payment page that breaks this down, but it does also specifically note in checkout: Electronic ACH Check Payment * advertised cash discount price Please verify your bank account balance prior to placing your order. Your bank will remove the funds from your account soon after you place your order. However, it can take up to 5 business days before the payment "clears" and we actually receive those funds. E-check orders cannot be shipped until after this occurs. So depending on what time you placed the order on the 27th, the check either just cleared yesterday or should clear today. Once that happens they'll let you know they got the funds and are getting the items shipped out.

If you paid by credit card, you can expect it to ship by Nov 8, which would be the 7th business day. If you paid by ACH/E-Check, this will delay your order another 5 days. Similar to a paper check the funds are first drawn from your bank and your account is verified by our processor prior to us receiving funds. This process takes 4 business days, it is not until the 5th business day that your payment is electronically credited to our account. Bud's orders usually take 3-7 business days to process. They've been a lil understaffed so it may possibly take an extra day or two. You can go into your account and click on purchase history and see the status of your order. If you need to then I'd contact Bud's customer service.
