The Full Size will fit in the compact, they'd just hang below the base of the grip. The compact however, will fit BUT, will not function to chamber a round so No. You can not use the compact mags in the full size.

Ronald, no, this compact magazine won't fit a full sized cz75. The mag is to short to properly seat/lock into place. If interested here's a link to a 16 round magazine that will fit your cz75 bd.
