Joseph, unfortunately buds won't ship any firearm that isn't already state compliant. If magazine capacity is the only restriction they will remove the magazine and ship just the firearm but they won't ship a firearm to have compliancy work done and they won't alter the firearm to make it state compliant. So the muzzle brake would have to be pinned and welded from the factory or a non-threaded barrel. Sorry but hope this helps.

Hi Joseph and welcome. Unfortunately, magazine capacity has to be the only State restriction for Buds to ship a firearm. Any restricted feature on the firearm itself and Buds does not ship by their long-standing policy. Cheers and stay safe!

Sorry to say, as per Bud's policy, they will not ship ANY firearm that is not compliant (Beyond Magazine Capacity) to that specific state to an FFL for them to "Make" it state compliant. It must be State Compliant already in order for it to ship there from Buds. I know, it's a bummer. I've wanted a couple of firearms sent to my FFL that they could easily make State Compliant but Thems The Breaks...

Joseph, unfortunately Bud's will not ship a firearm to a FFL in The People's Republik of NJ for compliance work. The gun must be NJ compliant as is, or Bud's won't ship. This is a bad policy, as a fellow NJ resident, I feel your pain. Stay safe & have a great day!
