The pictures, as Bud's points out, are frequently not representative of the actual item. Since I own one, yes they are adjustable front and back with a fiber-optic front site. All the other information, 9 rounds, two cylinders, 6.5 inches, blued are accurate. If you don't like the grips you can order additional ones from Heritage. Cost is about $30 depending on type and style.
