Hi Riley and welcome. Unfortunately, it is not CA compliant due to the Detachable magazine combined with pistol grip, flash suppressor etc. The State compliance is for States that only restrict more than 10rd magazines. Yeah, the "Compliant" part is Only referencing the magazine capacity, being 10 rounds for those states with that max capacity law. Everything else about this makes it a no-no for CA.

Riley, unfortunately this is not CA compliant. The pistol grip is prohibited on a semi-auto rifle. The muzzle brake and adjustable stock are also prohibited.
