Is there a longer length buffer tube for ar15. I need a longer length of pull. Current overall length of stock and buffer tube is close to twelve inches long fully extended.

No, mil-spec and commercial are slightly different, but that isn't even an option for you I'm sure. If you're a large man, you may just need a bigger rifle.
