Yes legal, as a single action revolver it is exempt from the roster requirement to begin with.

Marvin, being a single action revolver, this does not need to be on the roster and is CA legal. Permissible handguns that are NOT on the handgun roster: ✔ Single-action revolvers that have at least a 5 round capacity with a barrel length of at least 3 inches and an overall length of at least 7½ inches are permitted.
