I want to purchase this firearm but it's out of stock everywhere in California. Not sure if it's because it's been nulled from the roster or people just bought them out. Does anyone own this firearm in California?

Yes legal, as a single action revolver it is exempt from the roster requirement to begin with.

✔ Single-action revolvers that have at least a 5 round capacity with a barrel length of at least 3

Marvin, being a single action revolver, this does not need to be on the roster and is CA legal.
Permissible handguns that are NOT on the handgun roster:
