500 S&W only the 50AE is a rimless case (made for a semi auto pistol) and would need a special cylinder for correct headspace

Hi Ryan and welcome. No, just 500S&W Magnum. 500 S&W is rimmed and 50AE is rimless as pictured here (2nd picture) : https://gunmagwarehouse.com/blog/the-very-large-and-very-small-sw-500-and-the-naa-sidewinder/ -- The 50AE would just slide in the cylinder.

This model is chambered for 500 S&W only as it is a rimmed cartridge, the 50AE is rimless so a no on that.
