Hi Jie, unfortunately, Bud's can not ship ammo to your house. Ammunition sales to Massachusetts residents only with LTC or FID AND must transfer through a Massachusetts-licensed ammunition seller who will agree to transfer first. You would choose a FFL near you at checkout. 
Shipping costs depend on weight, insurance is optional. If you still interested, you can put the ammo in your cart and proceed to checkout, then you can see the shipping costs before you complete your order. You can always delete the items from your cart at any time.

sorry MA law say it has to be shipped to a FFL just select one during the checkout process I would check that your local FFL will receive ammo and the cost for them to receive it
