LCP II 5.17 in LCP MAX 5.22 in There's the difference in length. So at that slight difference I'm not seeing why it wouldn't work.

it will depend on how tight it fits the LCP II. You may have to unstitch the bottom where the barrel goes or extend the hold down snap
