you can build arm strength by lifting everyday objects no need to buy weights start with something you can easily lift (soup can ?) hold it in your hand at your side now pretend you are drawing and extending your arm to shoot at extension hold for a 10 count do however many times as you are comfortable with do this 3-4 times a day when this gets easy add more weight. I also recomend a nice light 22lr so you can enjoy shooting while you build strength
Hi Emily and welcome. One of the best hand strength builders is here : https://www.amazon.com/Pack-Finger-Strengthener-Exerciser-Equipment/dp/B07T1M7LVC/ref=sr_1_6?crid=XBCE9TX5TES3&keywords=hand%2Bstrength%2Bbuilder&qid=1700241212&s=sporting-goods&sprefix=hand%2Bstrength%2Bbuilder%2Csporting%2C72&sr=1-6&th=1
Emily, you can do simple exercises to build up your arm/hand strength. Personally I'd recommend practicing with a 22lr Wich will also help with arm/finger strength. If interested here's a link to a 22lr pistol I'd recommend and then upgrade to a 9mm.
