Tasha, there may be a processing delay on Bud's part due to the Holiday Sale weekend. You should be able to get assistance from Buds Customer Service via Chat (Blue button bottom right) or phoning at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).

Take snapshots of the error for evidence and speak with Buds 1st thing Friday morning via LiveChat (available from 9AM to 9PM 7 days a week), the "Contact Us" tab at the top of the page, or phoning at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).
