Hi James, yes sir, only the grip & 10rd magazine, everything else is the same. Equipped with a Hard-Chrome-Lined hammer forged barrel with a 1:10 twist and 14x1 LH thread, a Stamped receiver with a RAK-1 Enhanced Trigger Group and a side mount scope rail. Accepts all standard AK magazines, but comes equipped with a California Compliant 10 round magazine and a California Compliant rifle fin-grip. NOTE: CLEANING ROD NOT INCLUDED. Hi James and welcome. The elimination of the "Pistol Grip" by the Fin takes away one of the factors that would likewise restrict the model, even with the 10rd magazine. Everything else about the rifle is exactly the same as a non restricted model with the same customization ability. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
