Hi Douglas and welcome. Depending on if you have the Ghost that measures 8.75" or the compact version at 6.2" long. The fixed sights are compatible with the compact and you will need higher sights for the full size Ghost 45M. Cheers and stay safe!

Douglas, the 1.345" diameter puts the Ghost right at the bottom of the front sight.
