Hi David, yes sir, Each SFL comes with an optional hand stop/safety strap and Nightstick's SFL action tube nut wrench for removal of factory-installed castle nut and pump handle fore-end. Comes with two CR123 batteries, but can be upgraded to li-ion rechargeable with an optional 18650-KIT. Stay safe & have a great day!
