Hi Anthony and welcome. Yes Sir. This is a Bolt Action Rifle which is not restricted like Semi-Auto Rifles. cheers and stay safe!

Hi Anthony, yes sir, this is NYS legal. Bolt action rifles do not have the same restrictions as semi-auto's do. Stay safe & have a great day!
