Hi Dan and welcome. Height is Height .985 inches. The insert is .180 inches. When attached to a picatinny rail you effectively get 1 inch of rise height. Cheers and stay safe!

Dan, the manufacturer doesn't specify, just says the mount attaches to any M1913 picatinny rail to place the optical axis at co-witness height or a lower 1/3 with the use of an included spacer. Stay safe & have a great day!
