Can ammo be shipped directly to a customer in North Carolina from Buds or other online stores without using a licensed dealer as is required to purchase a firearm?

Hi Charles. Bud's will ship ammo will ship straight to your door in NC, no FFL required. Other on line stores should be the same, NC has no restrictions on ammo sales.

You're fortunate to live in a free state! Yes, ammo can still be shipped right to you door with no need for any FFL licensing. NY WAS that way until our current dictator Governor put a stop to that.
