Is this an original le6920 before cold stopped offering them to the civilian market and if so is the receiver marked m4 property of us gov?

Hi Nick, no sir, this is not a Colt original, this series shares many features of its combat-proven brother, the Colt M4.
The civilian model 6920 is the civilian version of the current Colt M4 Carbine used by our modern military war fighters.

Hi Nick and welcome. Unfortunately, no as this civilian version does not have the LE roll marks (m4 property of us gov) on the lower receiver. Cheers and stay safe!
