Allen, this sounds like you may have got a bad (slightly out of spec) lot of ammunition. Check to see if the rounds are uniform length, bullet seat depth and crimp wise. Super X should be at your local stores to try a box or two to confirm. If another box works, only buy that lot number. if you get the same hang ups then it may be an issue with your rifle. Wow I'm sorry to hear that you had issues with this ammo Allen. I would give Winchester a call. I've done this before and they've sent me out a case of ammo after making a complaint.
I would try a different brand of ammo and contact Winchester with the ammo specs and lot number
