Mark, no sir, .22 win mag, also known as .22wmr or .22 magnum, can only be shot from a gun chambered for .22 magnum. It is not the same round as .22lr Stay safe & have a great day!

no 22wmr has a fatter case to prevent it from chambering in guns mad to shoot the lower pressure 22lr some revolvers come with 2 different cylinders to have the ability to shoot both
