Hi Jay, this is classified as a pistol, no registration or tax stamp needed. This has a 7" barrel and a pistol brace, if you were to remove the pistol brace and replace it with a stock, then it would be a SBR.

Hi Jay and welcome. This is a standard Handgun/Pistol due to the Brace. A Shoulder Stock would make it a SBR (Short Barreled Rifle) requiring NFA registration and $200 Tax Stamp. The listing has been corrected from Stock to Brace. Cheers and stay safe!
