Take snapshots of the error for evidence and speak with Buds 1st thing in the morning via LiveChat (available from 9AM to 9PM 7 days a week), the "Contact Us" tab at the top of the page, or phoning at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).
This has happened to me and Buds credited my refund back to my card after my order was processed. Just retain your payment confirmation email and speak with a Buds representative to get the refund processed at (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday or use the Chat button in the lower right.
