Joseph, you simply add to your cart and proceed to checkout. Bud's will ship to NY state but it must ship to a FFL. (New York law requires all muzzle-loading, black powder, flintlock, matchlock, percussion cap, and antique firearms (produced in 1898 or before) to be shipped to an FFL dealer in New York to be transferred to the purchaser after the completion of a background check, even though they are not considered to be "firearms" for purposes of the Gun Control Act.) NOTE in NY blackpowder guns must be shipped to a FFL place item in cart. go to checkout. select FFL to be shipped to (can select or change later) continue to payment select payment type . after payment completed firearm ships to your chosen FFL and you pay him a transfer fee and do paperwork. The transfer fee amount is up to the receiving FFL holder normally between $15.00 and $35.00

Yeah, this would need to be shipped to an FFL in NY for you to complete the transfer with a nominal fee charged by said FFL.
