No, now it is not. It was good in NY up until July 3rd 2022, thanks to Governor Hochul thinking she's keeping people safe. Remember to vote her out when she's up for re-election.
Tim, unfortunately this is no longer NYS compliant. Prohibited - Smoothbore (non-rifled) barrel firearms with a pistol grip, regardless of barrel length, including, but not limited to, the Mossberg Cruiser, Mossberg Shockwave, Remington Tac-14, Henry Axe, etc. Stay safe & have a great day!
