Ask governor Gavin why not. But until he gets back to you I'll just say because it's not on CommieFornias DOJ "Approved" Handgun List.

Ruger did not pay the CA blackmail fees to the CA DOJ to have it tested so CA will not allow you to purchase a good quality firearm
