So Its listed as being able to shoot both rounds but when you see the info listed it just says 223 Rem. So is the gun only to shoot 223 rem or can it shoot both 223 and 5.56 . I know there are some ARs that can only shoot 223. or 5.56 . Planning on buying this rifle very soon and want to make sure. Thanks!

Yes, it can fire both. The barrel is actually stamped 5.56 NATO so you will have no issues firing both.

5.56 is the "Higher Pressure" of the two rounds. Any 5.56 barrel rifle can shoot .223 no problem. If the barrel was stamped 223 you would be cautioned not to fire 5.56 ammunition.
