Hi Scott and welcome. Yes Sir, a .357 Magnum Revolver can for the shorter, less powerful .38 Special no issue. Cheers and stay safe!

Absolutely can shoot 38 sp through any revolver chambered for .357. You will want to clean it good if you feed it a steady diet of .38 sp though. The shorter round will get those cylinders dirtier quicker than the .357's
