Hi Theodore and welcome. You would need two cylinders and Ruger has you covered : https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/70175/ruger+0446+blackhawk+convertible+6rd+45lc+45acp+4.62 ------------------- Cheers and stay safe!
Theodore, .45 Long Colt and .45 ACP are not interchangeable. LC is meant for your revolver, and ACP is intended for your semi-auto. It's never a good idea to try and shoot ammunition through a weapon that it isn't designed to fire. With that being said, there are a few revolvers made to shoot both calibers without changing cylinders, but with the use of moon clips. The Ruger Redhawk .45 ACP/.45 Colt Revolver and the S&W Governor are two such guns. Stay safe & have a great day!
