Hi Jeremi, the Glock 27C does not use MOS. The set you bought is compatible with Glock models 17, 19, 22, 23, 34, 35 with the M.O.S. System. I would contact Glock at 770-432-1202 or GLOCKCustomerService@glock.us Also, a local gun shop should be able to help. Stay safe & have a great day!
