Most all the current modern rifles will handle Steel Cased (Silver Bear and others) ammo. This is a current production Bushmaster and parts are readily available. I currently have the Diamondback DB110 and love it.

Yes, it will shoot Silver Bear. There are tons of parts available.

When I was shooting steel cased and mixing with brass cased I experienced a few hick ups when firing. Once I separated steel and brass and cleaned between the two, the problem absolutely went away.
