No this light will not fit on a Ar of any kind unless, your Ar has a handgun style hookup rail, and most Ar rifles do not have a handgun style rail. They do make lights for Ar rifles, but this particular model is only made for compact and sub compact handguns. It will also fir most full sized handguns as long as they have a rail.
