As far as I'm aware, any 9mm handgun is capable of shooting 9mm blanks. It may cause some cycling issues but maybe not. Be careful with blanks anyway, they're still dangerous. Always practice firearms safety.

I agree that blanks are still dangerous. In the 80's an actor killed himself by accident with a pistol with blanks.
