Michael, no sir, this is good to go. A tubular magazine is exempt from the 10rd limit. See 'C' below - Magazines are limited to ten (10) rounds. Exemptions: A. An ammunition-feeding device that has been permanently altered so that it cannot accommodate more than 10 rounds of ammunition; B. A .22 caliber tubular ammunition-feeding device; or C. A tubular magazine that is contained in a lever-action firearm. . Stay safe & have a great day!
